McDonald's Spokesperson Briefing
This project was part of my Crisis Management course and involved preparing a spokesperson briefing document for Ubong Ituen, McDonald's VP of Marketing, upon the company’s announcement of the revamped Happy Meal.
The objective of the assignment was to develop key messages to ensure the most important information is communicated no matter what the spokesperson is asked during a major media interview.
